Just when I was starting to praise EA SPORTS and their efforts in the past couple of years, I had to go and play FIFA 18.
Despite the best efforts of the EA Sports team, NHL 18 feels stagnated compared to the rest of the sports offerings this year.
The Longshot mode in Madden 18 is one of the most “movie-like” game experiences we’ve had since Until Dawn. And it’s in a sports game!
Just the fact that they have managed to execute well a story mode in a sports game deserves praise. But on the pitch FIFA 17 is a bit of a let down.
NHL 17 is definitely a far improvement over last years game. The team has taken a lot of learning from their FIFA and Madden counterparts.
It’s September, which means only one thing to a certain group of gamers; it’s sports season! Madden NFL 17 is first out of the GlitchFreeGaming locker room.
Frustrating. That word sums up FIFA 16. The physical aspect of the game is ruined by clunky player selection, and microtransactions ruin the best feature.
